On our way, we will pass the beautiful lake, Lake Ouirgane and once we arrive in the village you have got time to explore the village. The river Nfis which splits the village into two, is a permanent source of water.
The village is surprisingly green, an oasis in the mountains. In recent years a dam has been built to create a reservoir, which adds to the charm of the valley. The mountain air is fresh and we will make a break for coffee or tea.
Lunch will be in a Berber village along the way; experience real Moroccan cuisine and don’t miss the real mint tea! The day of the market (souk) in Ouirgane is Thursday.
